Our Dining Room has been referred to as the “gem of the North”.

For more than 40 years, excellent food, wine offerings, and exemplary service have been central to our establishment. Our Chef and his brigade of staff helm the largest hotel culinary operation in Timmins. Their expertise and dedication will ensure that you and your guests will have a most memorable dining experience.

We offer a very exquisite dining room menu to tempt every palate and can suggest a wine to compliment your meal.

Open Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 10pm – located on the first floor.

Our Menu

The Senator Dining Room has something to tempt every palate! We offer freshly prepared appetizers such as Scallops wrapped in prosciutto and served with fresh melon salsa, mushroom puffed pastry served with a tomato confiture. The Lobster Alfredo is a gourmet’s delight as well as our best seller Roasted Certified Angus Prime Rib served with a Merlot Reduction au Jus and Yorkshire Pudding. Also back by popular demand is our Hazelnut Chicken served with Frangelico Cream Sauce and Duck confit served with a wild mushroom and Chevre Cream. There are many more scrumptious items to choose from. Our Dining Room and cuisine was referred to “The Gem of the North”.
